Absolutely! I offer multiple meetings to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in the ceremony details.
What is the NOIM, and do we need to fill it out?
The Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) is a legal form that must be submitted at least one month before the wedding date, and I will guide you through this process.
Besides the NOIM, you will need to provide identification such as passports or birth certificates, and if applicable, divorce decrees or death certificates.

Conditions

1. **Deposit and Payment**

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due as specified in the contract prior to the ceremony.

Clients must provide all necessary documentation, including the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and identification, at LEAST 1 MONTH before the ceremony VERY IMPORTANT
I reserve the right to modify the ceremony format or content in consultation with you, should the need arise.

We are committed to maintaining your privacy and confidentiality; therefore, any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations to you and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

In the event of rescheduling, I will accommodate changes depending on availability.
Clients are encouraged to communicate any questions or concerns throughout the planning process to ensure a seamless experience.
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify me as soon as possible. The deposit will be forfeited, and any additional payments made will be subject to review based on the cancellation notice period.
You reserve the right to request changes to your ceremony details up to [specify the timeframe] before the event, after which any adjustments will be at my discretion and may incur additional fees.
I will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred as a result of the ceremony or related activities.
